Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. Must be Special Summoned (from your hand) by
having 5 or more LIGHT monsters with different names in your Graveyard,
and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. Once per turn: You can
banish 1 LIGHT monster from your Graveyard to target 1 Set card your
opponent controls; reveal that target, and return it to either the top
or bottom of the deck.

Okay so lets start this off
Diabolos is a splashable JD-esque card to any LIGHT deck. It has nice
synergy with the other Lightrays (which may or may not be reviewed in
the near future :/) Anyways, this monster is a good example of an
effective Set hater. This epic Light version of our beloved structure
deck we never got in the TCG (u_u) controls the opponent's set cards,
potentially controlling their dead draws as well. He is especially
useful in the new Sacred Theme, coming out in Hidden Arsenal 6? (maybe 7
idk). Anyways, this dude splashes nicely into decks that can fit him
in. Once Galactic Overlord is released on DN, expect to see their new
Lightrays to make a splash across rated and unrated dueling

On
a similar note, a quick ruling tidbit. If you target a spell or trap,
and they chain it, it does not return to the deck after resolving. So
don't let ur opponent's fool you!
